Q. What materials do you use to make your products?
A. All of our jewelry is hand made using .925 sterling silver, 24k gold vermail, and semi-precious stones. Our bags, belts, and cuffs are made from 100% genuine leather with base metal details. Fabric pendants are made with vintage and vintage inspired fabric under glass, and the belt buckles use pewter with fabric under acrylic for durability. The waxed linen collection is made with a strong linen fiber coated in wax using a special process, and all beads and clasps are sterling silver and 24k gold vermeil.
Q. What is gold vermeil?
A. All of our vermeil is sterling silver coated in 24k gold. We recommend that you not use polishing cloths on vermeil jewelry, as it can damage the gold layer. It is always best to keep silver and gold jewelry in a dry, cool place to prevent discoloration or tarnish. To polish vermeil, you can purchase a liquid or cream metal polish that specifies it is safe for use on gold.
Q. Why is the silver dark? Is it tarnished?
A. No its not tarnish, some of our silver pieces have been oxidized to darken the metal's finish, creating a vintage inspired look. This is a natural chemical process and will not come off on the skin.
Q. I really want to order "x" product but with "x" stone/material instead. Can you make it for me?
A. At this time we cannot accommodate special request or custom items. All products are sold as pictured only. You are welcome to contact customer service at customerservice@presh.net with any further questions.
Q. I bought "x" product a week ago and I wanted to buy another, but its no longer available. Will you be getting more?
A. Many of our products are one of a kind or made in small quantities, so we cannot guarantee any future availability. We are constantly adding new products and changing our line, so please check back frequently and join our mailing list for updates.
Q. I received my order but changed my mind. Can I return the products for a refund?
A. Sorry, we cannot issue refunds at this time, all sales are final. If you are unhappy with an item and would like to exchange it for another product, please email us at customerservice@presh.net
Q. Is my credit card charged as soon as I place my order?
A. No, all payments are processed by hand in house. The credit card information is stored in our secure order database until the order is completed.
Q. I need my order expedited. Who do I contact?
A. Please email customerservice@presh.net BEFORE placing your order and we will give you an expedited shipping quote.
Q. I placed an order today. When will my items ship?
A. We are a small business and process all order by hand in our production office. Web orders are shipped within 7 days of being placed, and we will not charge you until the order is ready to go.
Q. I'm a business owner and am interested in making a wholesale purchase. Who do I contact?
A. Please direct all wholesale inquiries to sales@presh.net. We ask that you include your resale license number, store location, store description and website if applicable.
Q. I didn't receive an email confirmation for my order. Did it get processed?
